In person hearing for White tomorrow for the Huskin hit, so possible 6 game or higher.

Really impressed with Luke Schenn's play at this point in the year. Each time he's been tasked with more responsibility he seems to have stepped up to the plate and delivered.

I had tuned in during the first stages of the 2nd period, so I hadn't seen the hit. They didn't replay it on the Comcast feed for the rest of the game.

I just googled it.

Wow. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. A chicken wing elbow directly to the chin. Could be in the top 5 dirtiest hits I've seen in my life. Even dirtier than a Scott Stevens elbow....

The best part is, the Flyers got 1 minute of power play time out of it, because the refs were so aggressive to make sure to even it up after Foster came to the defense of his teammate.

They really need to re-do the instigator rule. The "fight" after the hit was instigated because of the illegal elbow.

This is simply unbelievable....

When leading after two periods since the 2010-11 season, the Rangers are 71-0-3, including a mark of 12-0-0 in the lockout-shortened 2013 season.

Wow.

He has become the best story of the year besides voracek. He's having a great year and has steadily improved.

Nashville and new jersey have gone in the toilet. Flyers need to not go on a run here. But falling back to 8,9,10 might increase our chances of drafting a dman

Don't forget how GalchenYUCK got a 2 minute boarding minor for his hit on Feds in what I believe was the 3rd....

The funny thing is, they drafted 4 defensemen last year. They also traded for another prospect defenseman.

People get too hung up on this positional drafting kick. Plenty of top defensemen were drafted outside the first round.

But see nobody cares if he's not the next coming of Chris Pronger or Shea Weber.

"Forward Ruslan Fedotenko also left the game in the second period with an apparent shoulder injury and did not return. He was boarded by Alex Galchenyuk.

With a quick turnaround before Tuesday night's visit by the Rangers, the Flyers will need to make adjustments. Healthy scratch Mike Knuble likely would replace Fedotenko in the lineup. They would probably need to make alternate arrangements on defense, likely an emergency call-up from Adirondack."

The professional hockey writer must have missed all eight of those shifts and 6:07 that Fedotenko skated in the third period.

Yea, a good ref penalizes Foster but makes sure the team of the player that made the hit, get's the appropriate PP time.

Is it me, or are the Flyers constantly screwed when playing in Montreal by referees with names like Sam St. Laurent or Renee Francois?
